Chris Kocina, the founder of LivFree Bookkeeping has always had an interest in numbers, statistical trends, and finance.
Chris Kocina grew up in the small town of Red Wing, MN, and graduated from Red Wing High School in 2007. After high school, he aspired to become a rock star (musician) but realized that financially, it was a tough road to travel.
He started working at a leather production company in his hometown and quickly learned that he was not satisfied with being an employee.
Chris had a dream of owning his own business and knew that he needed to increase his professional talent stack so he decided to attend Minnesota State College Southeast for Supervisory and Business Management. He earned degrees in both studies and graduated with a 4.0 GPA.
Working hard to succeed at college was the first step Chris took toward his dream of owning his own business.
